The crowds gathering at Moraine Lake for sunrise and throughout the day are crazy. But during blue hour in the evening I had the place pretty much to myself. . #explorerockies #explorecanada #explorealberta #mountainstories #wildernessculture #naturelovers @bowvalleynetwork #travelalberta

I have now been editing for a full week. Being a freelance photographer is hard work when you can't outsource to have some of the 5000 from the first day edited, but I'm half way through them just a couple thousand more to go it will be done and the models can have the photos😂 and you guys will get to see some of them. Have a great Monday.😁 #socality #travelalberta #folksoul #awesomeearth #earthpix #visualsoflife #thevisualscollective #stayandwander #earthfocus #allaboutadventures #visualsofearth #ourplanetdaily #artofvisuals@hikerlifemag @natgeoyourshot @travelandleisure @travelocity @rbcavion @folkgreen @folkscenery #interlaken #switzerland

Plenty of places disappoint in person — after all, expectation often exceeds reality. Moraine Lake, on the other hand, is a trip. The surface looks like spilled paint, in a shade called Amalfi, Bahaman Sea or another hue evoking a sun-splashed setting far from the Canadian Rockies. But the surroundings — made famous in the ’70s on the reverse of a Canadian $20 bill — never let you forget the alpine environment. #alberta #alpinelake #banff #banffnationalpark #explorealberta #ExploreCanada #morainelake #MyBanff #nationalpark #ParksCanada #travelalberta

I really love pictures of roads. It's interesting to live in such a transitional space. Everyone who stops here is headed somewhere else. I don't have a car so I don't go very far, but I'm meeting people from all over the place. At the end of the day I feel like I'm bursting with other people's stories. My travel wishlist is growing so fast. It's amazing motivation to keep hustling. The harder I work the more world I'm going to get to see! I've got four weeks left here and I'm already planning where I'm going to land next. #travel #travelinspo #travelalberta

So.. Birthdays can be a bit of a scary thing. - The day in our lives that marks another year of growth can often be a hard time of self reflection. Where am I at this point in my life? Have I accomplished enough? Am I behind? Where do I need to be in the next few years? What if it’s too late? And the infamous, “I’m too old for this.” - I want to challenge us to ask ourselves before all else. Are those questions a good gauge of what YOU feel is important in life? Or a measure by someone else? It’s often easy to overshadow the things that you should be most proud of by measuring yourself against others within society. These age milestones have been marked as the ‘big’ birthdays from ages 16, 18, 21, 30, 40, 50 and 60. But I want to question.. Why these years? And what makes a celebration.. a celebration? - To celebrate my birthday this year I chose to adventure with some good friends in search of an epic sunrise.. Although our plans didn’t turn out quite as planned this morning after a 3AM drive just to find a full parking lot at Moraine Lake.. it didn’t stop us. Looking back, I think today was a good metaphor to what I was chasing in terms of redefining celebration. To transform life’s challenges into golden nuggets of blissful moments. I think that’s all we can really ask for year after year. - Have you had to take a detour lately? And if so, did you let it stop you? . . . 📸 minty moment by @daniel kok . . . #explore #canada #alberta #travelalberta #romanceyourwild #socality #visualsoflife #hikevibes #pines #roamtheplanet #artofvisuals #stayandwander #quietthechaos #northwestcreatives #hikingtheglobe #alifealive #naturelovers #earthfocus #wanderfolk #allaboutadventures #worlderlust #theoutbound #djinature #hiketheworld #iamatraveller #ourplanetdaily #yyccreatives #fromwhereidrone #livefolk

Without that one rusty nail, this image doesn't have much to it. That little piece of steel has likely been there for years, and will likely remain there for years to come. Who knows what it's purpose is or was. Spring, summer, winter, fall. Parts of it that used to exist have deteriorated and washed away down the white paint of its locked in circumstances. A product of its environment, the exposed nail remains subject to the unyielding elements, corroding until it is unrecognizable to the piece of steel that was fastened to the fence all those years ago. I enjoy taking pictures because of images like this. Not much to it until you start to peel back the layers and use your imagination.

For the past few years, I have been pushing my self to get uncomfortable’ especially this past year. I wanted to live my actual life as it was, uncomfortable feelings and all rather than coast on the repetitive cycle and rhythm of being comfortable. It has definitely been a humbling experience non the least. This is the work of living life on purpose, of being intentional, of making a change of life if it isn’t what you wanted. this is the work people don’t often share because it isn’t glamorous and self-promoting. but when the light shines through the cracks it all starts to make sense. On relationships, on living a passionate life, on being responsible for your own feelings, on showing up for things that truly matter. The hard and life-giving work of experiencing life. If there’s something you always said you’ve wanted to start doing, I encourage you to just go for it because I can promise you one thing and that is that it will be well worth it. . . . . . #nature_brilliance #beauty #canada #kananaskis #travelalberta #visualsoflife #thevisualcollective #wanderlust #lovethewild #canmore #rockies #climbing #climbinggirls #osprey #stayandwander #explore #explorealberta #letsgosomewhere #hiking #girlswhohike #countrygirl #girlswhohunt #getoutside #adventureaddict #exploremore #mountainlove #liveoutdoors #outdooradventures #naturelovers #abparks

When a Soul’s growth between incarnations slows, a series of events arise to help refocus intention. One of these life-changing happenings comes in the form of a Near Death Experience (NDE ). This allows the perceiver to gain an expanded awareness instantly through insight viewed beyond the veil. By re-centering the Ego, true progression can be seeded within the individual. It’s important to know that these occurrences are not random but thoroughly planned by the Soul to save itself. Most of the time, when lost in the illusionary mind, one can get consumed by the dream instead of fulfilling the purpose it came here for. Showing the incarnated entity it’s own divinity, greatly increases its chance for Self-remembrance. As we die naturally in life, our energy is carried to Timespace for review and healing. Similarly, NDE’s traverse the same path with the exception of a choice. Free Will is granted in a 50/50 scenario of life or death. A full lifetime can be salvaged through exposure to the other side. Most commonly noted is a brilliant white light that penetrates any environment they find themselves in. This Light is of Source origin and can appear almost blinding. Consciousness tailors a unique perspective for each experiencer by complimenting their belief systems or familiarity to best achieve seamless crossover. These include the witnessing of deceased family members or Source itself. Comfort is the desired effect of this projection. Many worry about their loved ones when given the chance to leave, only to be instantly met with the security of knowing. Our Higher Selves prearrange experience to be either accepted or rejected by the individual. It’s this decision that keeps them anchored to this plane of existence or returned to Source. The Light at the end of the tunnel is yours if you chose to embrace it ✨ ~author unknown • • // #neardeathexperience #nde #lightworker #lightbodyactivation #kundalini #divinefeminine #divinetiming #latergram #highervibrations #momlife #alwaysoutside #travelalberta #mybanff #banffnationalpark #ohcanada #exploretheworld #intothewild #nature #bliss #rockymountains #mountains #shadowwork #virgoseason #fall #forestcrab #egodeathtrap
