That is an #exhausted face! Today I pulled on my big girl pants and pushed myself to try something I’ve wanted to do for some time but haven’t done for 20years! What was hard was that I used to be really good at it. I have Medals for my past #achievements 🥇 Today I found hard! Not hard physically as such but the elements that go together to make this good, great exceptional were weak. . I spent an hour with my head down beating myself up... saying I “should” be able to do this. I “used” to be able to do this. My chest burned and my head pounded (ok I’ve had a really bad chest a few days and had a headache before I started ) but I am not making excuses. I FOUND IT HARD REALLY HARD BUT I did it. I pushed myself outside of my comfort zone. . I’ve had to accept (in the words of the coach ) what I used to do doesn’t matter... I have to wipe a clean slate and start from scratch. This is good for me as a trainer to ensure I understand and empathize with clients. Starting something new can be hard, challenging, daunting. I was nervous going today. Sometimes I’m out on a pedestal for my fitness level, what/how I train etc as I am someone who my clients look up to, a role model, an inspirer, a coach. HOWEVER today I was that client. I felt vulnerable, I beat myself up for not being as good as the others, for not being as good as I want to be. As a #trainer I want to #empathize with YOU, I want to put myself In Your shoes when you train with me, when you’re starting a #newgoal , when you haven’t done something before or for a long time. I felt that feeling when we struggle, when the session is #challenging , when it’s #pushing you, it’s hard, you want to stop. But these feelings are normal, and they are positive because we all have to start somewhere. We do need to push outside of our #comfortzone to achieve. We have to have the struggles, break the #painbarriers and #pushthrough Let me tell you this.... I will go back and do it again. I will #push myself to #Improve I will keep going and #striving to get past that barrier. It WILL come. I WILL get better. I said she could easily hip thrust over 100 lbs after making a set of 70 lbs look too dang easy. She questions me. She just started working with me a little over 3 months ago with just bodyweight hip thrust and glute bridges at the beginning. Now, she's doing 115 lbs FOR REPS. 🔴Muchos de los casos de personas que hacen dietas para adelgazar, es que quedan insatisfechas con sus platos de comida, debido a la baja 👎cantidad que deben consumir. ☝️Pero eso es debido a la mala elección de alimentos en sus platos. . 👀 si leíste mi publicación anterior entenderás de lo que hablo, si no lo haz hecho, anda y léelo, te será de ayuda. . ☝️El objetivo es quedar satisfecho en tus comidas. La clave es saber seleccionar los alimentos que comerás y como debes cocinarlos. Aquí abajo 🔽 te dejaré unos tips para ayudarte. . 1⃣Elige alimentos que sean bajos en calorías y debes tener mucho cuidado especialmente con los carbohidratos. Ejemplo:100gr de arroz blanco o pasta equivalen aproximadamente a 350 calorías, mientras que 100gr de papá equivalen a 77calorias y 100gr de platano equivalen a 120 calorías. ¿Cuál es mejor opción?. Obviamente la mejor opción es la papa y el platano👍, ya que puedes comer más cantidad sin afectar tu plan. . 2⃣No freír los alimentos, el freír los alimentos hará que su fuente de calorías aumente hasta 5 veces su valor, es decir que unas papas fritas 🍟 o un pollo frito no es una buena opción. . 3⃣ Come los vegetales que desees, los vegetales son alimentos ricos en nutrientes, pero con un nivel muy bajo en calorías, así que tienes la libertad de comer lo que necesites. . 4⃣Puedes consumir bebidas sin calorías, las mejores opciones son el café o té sin azúcar, puedes endulzar estas bebidas con estevia o endulzantes parecidos. Y si eres de las personas que no puedes dejar de beber gaseosas como la coca-cola, te recomiendo que consumas sus versiones de 0 calorías, igual traen efectos negativos👎 para tu salud pero no afectarán tu dieta👍. . ☝️Importante: nunca dejes de consumir todos los macronutrientes, es decir que no dejes ingerir los carbohidratos, proteínas y grasa en tus comidas, ellos son esenciales para tu organismo y para tu dieta. Mas, para que serve? 🤷🏻‍♂️ __ O teste de uma repetição máxima é freqüentemente utilizado como medida de força muscular, seja no âmbito da preparação física, do treinamento desportivo, reabilitação física ou simplesmente para pesquisa científica. 📚 __ Nesse sentido, é consenso que a base para a prescrição de exercício em treinamento contra-resistência se estabelece através da relação entre o percentual de 1RM e o número de repetições. __ O teste de força máxima é executado com uma carga alta em até 5 tentativas e entre 5 min de descanso entre elas. Com os alunos avançados e com o bom padrão motor podemos aproximar a carga a 1 repetição máxima, já com alunos iniciantes e com baixa padrão motor realizamos algumas repetições reservas e encontramos a carga máxima através de cálculos e tabelas.📈 . Esses testes nos permitem fazer as prescrições do treinamento de forma precisa e individualizada, ajustando e utilizando as cargas dentro de uma periodização de acordo com o objetivo. 🎯
