👀La verità sulle cinture di sollevamento pesi 🏋⚠️ Le lesioni alla schiena possono essere dolorose, persistenti e difficili da guarire. Pertanto, dovremmo fare ogni azione per ridurre il rischio di un infortunio alla schiena. Un malinteso comune è che indossando la cintura per sollevamento pesi riduce automaticamente il rischio di lesioni. ➡️C'è un momento in cui la cintura per sollevamento pesi può aumentare la sicurezza. Purtroppo, troppo spesso le persone indossano questa cintura troppo a lungo e in modo improprio. . . 👍🏻 La pressione intra-addominale (attivazione della muscolatura profonda dell'addome )è ciò che riduce significativamente il rischio di lesioni alla schiena. È stato dimostrato che abbinando la cintura alla pressione intra-addominale,possa aumentare questa e quindi migliorare la sicurezza. . . . 🤔 Il problema è quando le persone eseguono la maggior parte o tutti gli esercizi con la cintura, i muscoli stabilizzatori come: muscoli addominali,glutei e muscoli paraspinali ed altri non ricevono uno stimolo sufficiente per svilupparsi in modo ottimale e si indeboliscono,inoltre, per l'instaurare di questa abitudine/abuso della cintura spesso le persone subiscono un infortunio appena effettuano un sollevamento senza.
