The one that makes us hungry is on overdrive and the one that signals your brain that you’re full is off balance. This means you will most likely eat more even when you’re full as well as crave carbohydrates and sugary foods. Insulin and cortisol is also affected with sleep deprivation causing your body’s weight to change. Let’s not forget with less sleep there is less energy which can be cause for laziness and lack of desire to exercise. How can you add more sleep? To be honest, sometimes you can’t, so what do you do? Here are a few tricks that could help you calm your body down to give it more rest. 1. Plug in your electronics and turn them off before bed- 30 minutes before, at least, but 60 minutes is better. 2. Use a sound machine or white noise app to drown out anything from disturbing your sleep while you’re asleep. This can help you get better rest even if it’s shorter than desired. 3. Add quiet, solo moments to your day whenever possible. 10 minutes here and there can do wonders for your body to stimulate relaxation which will deplete stress and potentially help you get to sleep better. Try meditation or listening to your favorite music or just sitting in silence and breathing deeply. 2. Celular amarillo.. Estábamos su hermana ella y yo sentados en un parque, ella tenía un celular amarillo que era pequeño y parecía un huevito el cual sin querer deja caer al suelo y se daña, ella se enoja muchísimo por la situación y yo me agarró a reír y burlarme de la situación por eso ella se va del lugar enojada y su hermana se dispone a seguirla mientras yo me quedo ahí riendo. El cuerpo se va desconectando de lo que sucede alrededor . Fase 3.- El cuerpo empieza a entrar en una relajación profunda, la presión arterial, ritmo cardíaco y respiratorio se ralentizan. Esta corta etapa permite llegar al sueño profundo. Aquí es cuando se dan los picos de segregación de la hormona del crecimiento . Fase 4.- En esta fase nos encontramos profundamente dormidos, es la fase más importante, determina la calidad de nuestro descanso . Fase 5.- Llamada REM (Rapid Eye Movement ) es la etapa en la que soñamos en forma de historia. En este momento el tono muscular no existe (por eso cuando queremos gritar en un sueño, no podemos ). El ritmo cardíaco y la presión aumenta, al igual que el movimiento de los ojos . Además de todo esto, los seres vivos tenemos ritmos o ciclos circadianos, los cuales nos ayudan a regular el descanso. I ask this because, I constantly feel - yes not think but feel, - that there are versions of Marcio deep inside, as skin layers that at some point would come to the surface, breath, be what they need to be and then shed. But for some reason, even if sometimes I can connect with this layers, they feel quite remote and most probably would never catch any sun. I wonder if they are true fragments of myself or are just wishful thinking - either - expectations architected on how I hopped to be. And then again, my pattern is of easily recognize flaws - today when I had my crying hour - I asked myself: why do you hate yourself so much? Was crazy to notice that no one will hate me as much as I do myself. In the other hand the same is very possible for love. But after all - those are just feelings/emotions/energy wave length…holographic coping mechanisms? If some say, do not trust what you feel, than is very hard to find anything at all what could function as a guide. Guide for what? Maybe a guide to navigate the madness that is to live in this world - so full of desires…. So full of plasticity… I guess Im just a confuse person, that will never quite grow up, because of my lack of understanding on Why the parameters of maturing have to be as the ones that exist, who create this parameters? Are they my own responsibility? - my readings of the cultural dream we inhabit...… I really don’t understand, money… for example… But also, neither love - There was a period I thought that every time I say “I love you” I really mean it… now a days I realize I also don't quite understand what " I love…” means…. Love might be another form of expectation… dyed in pink or green…. I will lay down again, and imagine that I could go out just for a while, out of this world, and this Marcio mind. As if I could go to the moon to read a book, without minding way to do it so. some types of #holidays never come.

A helpful and very powerful reminder as today comes to an end. I will continue to remind myself that God is wayyyy bigger than anything I face that I don't like. I'll make this my mantra as I pray for guidance and support. I share my journey of ups and downs because I always assumed that anyone teaching something new to me in a workshop or training had it "all together." I figured they must be so put together that they never have issues. Obviously, I realized that is not the case at all. We learn by sharing our vulnerabilities which connect us as people facing similar life experiences. These connections offer hope and encouragement to one another. My hope is that by showing my true self I am encouraging and empowering others that they are much more ok and similar to others than originally thought.
