I was feeling quite rotten and full of cold yesterday, so I got into bed at around 7pm at the same time the kids went to bed. I was just going to rest my eyes for a few minutes before getting on with the evening. I pretty much woke up 12 hours later at 7am this morning! Now I might not have prioritised this sleep (it just kind of happened ) but it was definitely good sleep and much, much needed! I still have a few sniffles but I feel much, much better today. Ich ging zum Strand und war überrascht wie unglaublich gut mir die ruhe tat. Mein Handy nicht bei mir zu haben und nicht den drang verspüren zu müssen all die neusten Dinge, Trends, facts und Nachrichten zu bekommen... Ich war in demoment! 🙏 • • • Dies war unteranderem ein Tag an dem ich merkte das mich das Thema Achtsamkeit unglaublich fesselt.🌿 • • • Zu lernen was es bedeutet dankbar zu sein, und zu lernen was es bedeutet im hier und jetzt zu leben.💭 • • • Am Tag darauf der mir unglaublich viel Energie und Raum gab war ein morgen an dem ich um 3:30uhr aufstand. An dem morgen war es unglaublich ruhig und es fing gerade erst an hell zu werden, die Vögel fingen an zu zwitschern. In dem Moment spürte ich einfach so viel Ruhe, Energie und Raum. • • • Darauf hin habe ich meine ersten Kristalle bekommen und merkte wie sich meine Interessen für Achtsamkeit und den Gleichklang zwischen Körper, Seele und Geist immer größer wurde. 🔮 • • • Ich denke wir sollten uns viel regelmäßiger mit Themen wie Achtsamkeit auseinander setzen. Какая именно, я пока не скажу😋(В ближайшее время хочу создать рубрику "книжная лавка", где буду писать отзывы и рекомендации по тем или иным книгам. Хотите? Голосуйте в сториз👆🏻 ). Данная книга помогла мне сформировать свои взгляды и мнение на данную тему, поэтому читайте, если интересно. Как часто вы сталкивались с тем, что, начиная какое-то дело, вы останавливаетесь, не закончив его? А потом вас преследуют разочарование, подавленность и порой даже злость. Ожидания – вот что вас губит. Вы всё время ждёте от жизни какого-то чуда, но когда она вам его не преподносит, вы расстраиваетесь. Приведём пример. Допустим есть Димка. Он хочет похудеть на 10 кг за месяц. Но, к сожалению, обстоятельства складываются так, что организм чисто физически не может это сделать. И Димка худеет только на 5 кг. И когда он, спустя месяц встаёт на весы, и вместо - 10 видит - 5 кг, он расстраивается. Почему? Потому что у него были совсем другие ожидания. Я хочу объяснить то, что вы можете принять обстоятельства и происходящие события вокруг. Это не значит, что вы должны смириться с ними, это значит, что можно и нужно научиться с ними работать. Если нет ожиданий, это не значит, что нет цели. Вы можете двигаться к своей мечте медленно и верно. Но не ждите, что все будет легко и у вас не возникнет сложностей. Упрямство, вот что в вас есть(следующий пост будет про это ). Научитесь принимать жизнь такой, какая она есть, научитесь совладать своими эмоциями и разумом. Избавьтесь от ожиданий. Не ждите ничего от будущего и отпустите прошлое. First time I've weighed myself since 27th July 🙈 and in 3 weeks I've gained 5.25lb! If I'm honest I thought it was going to be far more than that after bdays, days out and the like so am quietly a little happy! I haven't really been fussed but as I know I'm away on the 27th I woke up today like 'oh hell no do I want to be away even heavier and with none of my summer clothes fitting!' I wouldn't know if half of them do fit seems as we've not exactly having a summer so need to face that in the next couple of days if I don't want a last minute shopping haul on my hands! Sooooo....9 days....I won't weigh myself until the day so I can see how I've got on in that time. I'm hoping the 'easy on, easy off' rule will apply to me 😂 I don't have a goal either. Well, not a number goal. I gave up on those years ago! I'm not gonna lie, the past couple of days have been kind of draining. I've been feeling tired and low-vibrational for no particular reason, I was too much in my head.. But the power of Ubud has been healing, and this is only my first day back here. 🙏 I feel like a lot of us are going through shifts and changes right now. Transitioning from one way of life, from one way of being towards another. And it's kind of uncomfortable. The in-between. Yep. The whole “someone else has it worse” concept is damaging. Why? You never allow yourself to process what has happened to you. This builds up over time as life keeps “happening.” Many times this can cause a person to reach out and use things like alcohol, drugs, sex, food, exercise, etc. to escape from their pain. No one ever sets out to mess up their lives by becoming a drug addict, alcoholic, unfaithful partner, obese, or other less than optimal lifestyle. Don’t tell people to get over their problems by pointing out that someone else has it worse. You don’t know how each person processes certain experiences or what they can handle after all of their other life experiences. We all want to be different, but secretly we are hoping that one day we will just wake up changed and our life will be different. Spoiler alert: Your life won’t change until you change. You won’t change, until you do something different to what you are doing today. Dispenza has a straightforward way of explaining some complicated concepts about habit change. In this book he talks about thinking, doing/feeling, and being your way towards change. For example: You want to be more creative. First: you have to activate the thinking brain and learn about the creative geniuses - watch documentaries, read books, etc. But, this is only the first step. You cannot think your way into a new way of being. Second: you have to *feel what it's like to be creative. This is the hardest part. You have to *do something different. This requires you to step outside your comfort zone. This means you have to break addictions to the old ways of doing things. This requires you to *act in ways that engage your creative energy. Cook, go to painting classes, take pictures, draw flowers, scribble… engage the *feeling of creativity. Third: do this again and again until the wiring in your brain registers the idea that you are capable of *being creative. “Neurons that fire together wire together” - and overtime your brain will change as a result of repeatedly doing something different. What we end up doing is letting our feelings, which are mostly based off of habit and memory, dictate our reality. We are are all on autopilot and doing the same things day in and day out hoping that the outcome will be different. If you want to be different - do different. Again.
