I recommend eatting most of your protein from food sources but some days its hard to hit what i need on the go so i went to my protein to get a few things i can add to top it up. Methods to track progress. . My preferred methods of tracking progress are both skin folds and photos. Not all coaches use these methods, but I have found them to be an integral part of my business with tracking the progress of clients. . Scale weight doesn’t always show progress as there are too many variables that can impact your scale weight, such as dehydration, poor sleep, lack of bowel movements, or growth of muscle tissue. . Other methods you can use include: - The way cloths fit. I recommend to pick out a beloved piece of clothing that might now fit a little tight, or snug. Try this item on every couple of weeks to assess progress. - Second method is taking girth measurements with a tape measure. Be consistent with your sites each time. Sites can include, but not limited to, chest, around your midsection, around your bum and mid thigh.

When you realise that something just isn't right and you decide to make a change. ⁣ ⁣ You decide that you may want to lose some fat.⁣ ⁣ There are three steps for you to master (to begin with )⁣ ⁣ 1. Consistency - this to me is the most important step. If you cannot commit to making a change and continuously do the tasks that are set for you, you won't get your results.⁣ ⁣ 2. Nutrition - "you can't out train a bad diet" this saying does hold weight. If you're not making healthier choices and staying in a calorie deficit, then you won't lose fat.⁣ ⁣ 3. Exercise - this is one of the most powerful steps to master but in terms of fatloss, it comes after the first two in order of importance. Exercise has alot more benefits than just burning calories. Exercise will be the one that will allow you to see progress. IL DIMAGRIMENTO LOCALIZZATO. Sarò breve e concisa così da farti arrivare bene il concetto in testa: NON ESISTE. Se sei ginoide e hai la tendenza ad accumulare grasso sulle chiappe (I feel you sista ) quel grasso sarà l’ultima parte ad abbandonare il tuo corpo. Stesso discorso se hai la tendenza ad accumulare sulla pancia. Non esiste che ti puoi allenare in un certo modo per decidere dove dimagrire. NON ESISTE UN ALLENAMENTO SPECIALE IN BASE ALLE ZONE DI ACCUMULO DI GRASSO. Esiste solo che ti alleni e crei un deficit calorico per perdere peso. I meccanismi fisiologici del corpo umano, tu pensa, sono uguali per tutti. Quindi, chi ti dice il contrario o mente, o è in malafede. Sorry. Ps. Prima che qualcuno venga a fare polemica sterile, sì, ci sono alcuni studi che affermano che il dimagrimento localizzato “esiste” ma si parla di effetti talmente blandi che sono da considerarsi quasi TRASCURABILI. Il front nella sua forma finale è un movimento isometrico, ovvero i muscoli coinvolti (muscoli motori primari ) vincono la resistenza (gravità ) per mantenere la posizione. Tuttavia non è necessariamente detto che l'isometria debba solo essere allenata con tenute isometriche. Una buona idea infatti può essere quella di spezzare il movimento e allenare in maniera analitica le varie fasi. Vediamole: ⭕Da appeso a front: front raìse ⭕Da front a inverted hang (appeso a testa in giù ): front pull Movimento differente è la tirata da front che qui non discuterò. 🏋Good morning world! It's a little after 6am and killing some workouts! 5 sets 3 reps 335lbs ---------- 🏋Battling a knee injury, last Sunday I was playing basketball and got hit right on the side of my knee. Havent been able to hit up leg day for awhile. I was doing it 2 to 3 times a week so I needed to get back into it. Been dealing with lower back pain too after injury it during my warmup set of squats last month. Decided to stick with sumo deadlifts until i get a trap bar. ----------- 💚Like I've mentioned I've been dealing with some things. Planning on changing up my insta soon just dont have the time to get it all figured out yet. In a month I will though. This is why today’s article will be focused on presenting the most beneficial exercises to alleviate hip, feet, and knee pain.⁠ 🌿⁠ The most Beneficial Exercises for Knee Pain⁠ 🌿⁠ Ankle circles⁠ While sitting or standing, elevate one leg and begin to gradually rotate the foot in a circular movement. Do 10 reps inwards and 10 outwards, 3 times with each leg.⁠ 🌿⁠ Ball walking⁠ Sit on a chair and put a tennis ball on the floor and place your foot on top of it. Push the ball with the foot towards the toes and then go backwards. Do 5-minute massages with each foot daily.⁠ 🌿⁠ Resistance band⁠ Set up a resistance band around a couch leg and put one of your legs underneath the other and bend it a bit at the knee. Grab the bend with the foot of the leg on top. Next, gradually pull the band while bending the foot towards the head. Do 10 reps per leg for stronger calves and thigh muscles.⁠ 🌿⁠ Walking on toes⁠ While doing chores around the house, walk on your toes at a fast pace for 10 to 15 minutes or until you feel tired. This exercise will boost the health of your toes, calves, and feet balls.⁠ 🌿⁠ Heel raises⁠ Stand behind a chair and elevate one of the legs while gradually raising the heel of the other leg until you are standing on your toes. Slowly bring the foot back on the floor.
