OK kat sini Bapak kongsikan beberapa tips utk besarkan biceps💪🏾 . 1. Train biceps 2 kali seminggu. Jangan rapat sangat hari utk training biceps tu. Jarakkan sebab otot kita perlukan rest utk process recovery. At least jarakkan dalam 2 atau 3 hari. . 2. Cuba sedaya upaya utk tambah bebanan bila workout. Jangan stick kat weight yg sama. Kena improve strength kita n jangan duduk dekat zone selesa je. Kalau tak mmg tak naik2 lah bicep ko. . 3. Pastikan posture badan kita betul waktu training. Ramai org yg buat kesilapan kat sini. Angkat weight berat2 tapi tak jaga posture badan. Kita Rugi, otot tak naik & buat sakit badan je so be careful with that. Make sure jaga posture, jaga tempo,feel the contractions. Make it slow & steady😊. . 4. Train otot TRICEPS(bahagian belakang lengan ). Haaaaa yg ni trick dia. Otot triceps ni jugak sebahagian besar dalam pembentukan arms kita. So pastikan effort training triceps kena sama dgn effort training biceps, Jgn kurang ye. Baru nampak full & solid lengan tu💪🏾💪🏾. . Akhir sekali, jaga keselamatan sewaktu training. Её результатом является боль в мышцах уже через несколько часов после завершения, интенсивное выделение пота в процессе занятий, усталость. Как правило тяжёлая тренировка рассчитана на несколько групп мышц, иногда - на все (для людей с повешенным весом, тренировать все группы мышц в течении одной тренировки является необходимостью ). Лёгкая тренировка не приводит к таким последствиям, зачастую ориентируется на одну-две группы мышц, с максимальной или средней их загрузкой. • ✔️ВРЕМЯ ✔️ • Тяжёлая тренировка проводится день, дабы дать отдых мышцам. Занимает 1,5 часов, иногда больше. Лёгкая может проводиться каждый день. Занимает 45-60 минут. Общее время тренировок за неделю примерно одинаково. • ✔️СОВМЕЩЕНИЕ ✔️ • На практике чистых типов тренировки почти не встречается, обычно они комбинируются в некие схемы. Например: первый и третий день тренировки проводится в режиме тяжёлых нагрузок а второй - лёгкий или полулёгкой. Выбор конкретного способа занятий зависит от самочувствия, спортивной подготовки, целей тренировки.
