You’re going to look and feel different every day, morning to night and so on. Here’s a day I felt good but didn’t think I looked 100%. Just searching for there those ab lines went 😂 at least my delts are popping out 😉 My lowest weight during my cut four weeks ago was 59.8kg. I’m now up from there sitting around 60.8kg but eating 500+ more calories per day and still increasing them from here. The thing is, I haven’t gained much, if any fat. It’s most likely water weight stored in my muscles due to an increase in carbohydrates. Sometimes I’ve eaten more later at night or have some inflammation so I’ll hold more water. Again, educating yourself on these things helps you with your thoughts and reactions. Know the cause and on the days when you don’t think you look or feel the best or leanest, you know why and that it’ll pass. That when you wake up tomorrow, you’ll probably be feeling great again! Constantly restricting and eating less often comes from not having a sound understanding of food types, your own body and calories. Honestly, this week has been a bit of a shit show. Monday wa just awful and the emotion fueled binge that followed it has screwed my weekly weight average, I'm 33,000 steps behind for the week, and I've only mad either to the gym twice. BUT! When I first joined @teamrhfitness one of the first lives I watched in the group was @nataliejanesharpe and Liam from @therealsharpes and Liam was talking about how motivation isn't enough, you need DEDICATION and when I found this quote the other day it reminded me of that. 🤩☀️🌟PR🌟☀️🤩 60kg squat for første gang nogensinde. Og endda på en dag, hvor jeg slet, sleeeet ikke orkede træning til at starte med. I dag kan kun blive en god dag!! Og kun 15 dage til ferie... igen 🌴🦜🌺👙☀️ Det er ikke altid kun positivt og fremgang, men når det endelig kommer, så overskygger det helt klart de dårlige og svage perioder. Har vi det ikke allesammen sådan? 🤔 Jeg har faktisk ikke rigtig fokuseret på styrke i benene de. Seneste tid, men langt mere på muskelvækst. Og ikke på squat men walking lunges. Noget har det alligevel bare gjort ved lårenes styrke 💪🏽 WUHUU! Der må også være god energi i kroppen efter masser af mad i går med gode venner på besøg, og en skøn nats søvn som fortsatte helt ind til jeg vågnede af mig selv. No matter where you are in your health and fitness journey, sometimes you may start lacking motivation. You may be in a start-stop cycle when it comes to your diet or exercise. Perhaps you are stuck in the “all or nothing” mentality. Firstly, if you can relate to this you are 100% not alone, we have allllll been there at some point in our lives! Secondly, this post is going to help you! In this post I am going to talk about implementing a long term exercise plan that you will actually stick too! (I will save diet for another post. ) Step 1: Put pen to paper! I want you to make yourself a tea or coffee, sit in a room on your own with a pen and piece of paper (no phones allowed ) and do some serious self- reflection. And I want you to be brutally honest with yourself, otherwise this just won’t work. Firstly I want you to think about what you have done in the past, what exercise did you enjoy? What exercise did you hate? What made you feel good? Why did you stop? Step 2: Now you have that written out, I want you to look at your current schedule, when can you fit your exercise in? Can you move some things around? The key thing to remember here, is that we MAKE time for the things that are important to us BUT it still has to be realistic and maintainable in the long run! Step 3: You now know, what exercise you have enjoyed in the past, how it made you feel and when you can fit it in. Time to write some goals and make a plan! What do you want to achieve by implementing this exercise plan? (Remember be honest with yourself ). Your goals should be using the SMART model! Specific, measureable, attainable, relevant and timely. Step 4: Lastly, Just START! You’ve got your plan, it’s time to take action. No one will do it for you. Now is your time!! The key to making an exercise plan long term, is to keep things interesting! If your exercise plan is becoming boring or you’re starting to dread it, change it up! Challenge yourself! Ask a friend or family member to join you? There are so many ways (and benefits ) to make exercise a permanent part of your life, you just have to be willing. 💕 Wearing my @twotags twist back tank and dusty pink scrunch shorts. 😍

HAPPY SATURDAY ✨ • So I’m moving on Tuesday. I’m supposed to be packing rn before I’m working a double show at the theatre, staying at my dads tonight and then going for a family meal tomorrow. We’re off to explore Notting Hill Carnival on Monday AND THEN ITS TUESDAY. I’m not even nearly finished packing, I’m literally the worst packer in the world. “Do not let yourself get wound up at things that are beyond your control” - one of the best pieces of advice I’ve ever been given. If something has annoyed you, made you stressed or angry, just take a moment. Think about the situation and whether there is anything you can do about it. If there is, then don’t moan - just go ahead and do it. If there isn’t anything you can do, then just breathe and get over it. . . Sitting in your thoughts and mulling over things you can’t control is a massive waste of energy and will just bring your mood down. We are the only ones in control of our emotions - not other people. Other people’s actions should not dictate how we feel, it just says a lot about the other person. . . I know this can be easier said than done, and I especially find it very hard to bring myself out of a low mood. Once something has annoyed me, every other little thing for the rest of the day will annoy me too. But that is such a waste of a day and a shame to let yourself get that irate over trivial things. . .
