Coloque a alimentação saudável e prática regular de exercícios como um propósito de vida! 2 ) Evite ao máximo industrializados, a maioria é repleta de aditivos químicos que comprometem a saúde, desrregulam o metabolismo e alteram o funcionamento hormonal… dificultando a perda de gordura. 3 ) Coma apenas quando tiver fome e o suficiente para "matá-la”! Esqueça essa sugestão de comer de 3/3h, não existem estudos que afirmem que isso é necessário e tampouco mais eficiente. Mas saiba identificar a diferença de fome e vontade de comer, ok? 4 ) Aumente exponencialmente o consumo de vegetais! Além de ajudarem a saciedade, são ricos em vitaminas, minerais, fibras e fitoquímicos. Frutas também são muito importantes e devem ser incluídas, mas por possuírem mais carboidratos não podem ser consumidas de forma desenfreada! 5 ) Aumente o consumo de proteínas, pois elas gastam mais energia para serem metabolizadas, dão mais saciedade, não elevam muito a insulina e muito provavelmente não serão transformadas facilmente em gordura. Além disso ajudam a preservar a massa muscular. 6 ) Reduza o consumo de carboidratos refinados, processados, triturados, moídos (farináceos, açúcar, cereais refinados, sucos etc ). Opte sempre pelos integrais (cereais integrais, tubérculos, leguminosas, frutas inteiras ). “Zerar” carbo não é uma boa idéia, por ser insustentável e muitas vezes causar compulsão. 7 ) Esqueça dieta glúten e lactose “free” para quem não é intolerante!!!! Trocar o pão integral por tapioca só fará você comer mais carbo refinado e aumentar a chance de engordar. 8 ) Faça exercícios! Mas faça bem feito, por mais que o simples fato de se movimentar seja muito benéfico pra saúde geral, treinar da forma adequada pode potencializar muito o resultado em emagrecimento! Musculação intensa ajuda a manter o metabolismo elevado, treino cardio promove uma série de adaptações metabólicas favoráveis ao emagrecimento (ex. This is a 15 year old client who started training with me mid June this year. His first leg session he was only pressing 40kgs (88lbs ), today he pushed 160kgs (352lbs ). Am posting this because he has impressed me and @dora_hardaway so much over last few weeks with his guts and determination. His body shape reminds me of mine at his age he is only 59kgs (138lbs ) he’s a pleasure to train because he listens and just gets on with his training no moaning no wanting long rest periods he just gets on and tries his upmost best. So proud of the physical progress I’ve made so far this year. But more importantly, I’m proud of the progress I’ve made mentally as this is where I have seen the biggest change. —————————————————————————————————- After a few years of completely over restricting, under eating, obsessing about everything I eat and feeling guilty for eating anything considered remotely ‘bad’ - this year I feel like I am finally working towards a more BALANCED lifestyle. This is something that I would preach about to any client- but advice I found very hard to take on myself. ———————————————————————————————— I still have a long way to go and there’s a lot of things I still need to learn, accept and stop obsessing over. BUT, I’m so happy that I’m in a place where I don’t feel AS* guilty when I go off plan or when I’m enjoying good food with my loved ones. I say AS* because this is still an on going battle and YES, sometimes after a heavy weekend those guilty feelings can still creep up again but I’ve got 10x better at reminding myself of all of the positive healthy choices I’m making on a daily basis and I choose to focus on that instead 💛

It’s Humpday! Is that still a thing?? Lol 🤔🍑 - Ladies and Gents, I wanted to share this VERY important post with you: PROPER SQUAT FORM! - Just like any other workout, form Is key to seeing results. - ✔️Never Lean forward: You never want to lean forward as that brings your back and neck in an “awkward position”. Leaning forward also makes your heals come off the ground which is a big no no! Be sure to squat straight down instead of leaning. - ✔️Head Up, FOCUS FORWARD: I know it is very tempting to look down or even have your eyes wandering around the gym but focus on your workout. It is very important to keep your neck at a neutral position. - ✔️Back has a natural arch: You should never have a ROUND hunched back or even force an arch too much. Just relax, keep your shoulders back and keep everything natural. - ✔️Heels on the ground at ALL times: this plays a roll with leaning forward. You want to make sure you drive through those heels when you come up and NOT drive up on your tippy toes ... which brings me to 👇🏼 - ✔️FLAT sneakers! In this picture I am wearing converse because the flatter the HEEL the better (FOR LEG DAY ONLY-NO CARDIO OR JUMPING ). It is crucial to buy great pairs of shoes that have a low heel. I know sometimes we want to buy those thick CUSHION heals but the flatter the heel the better the squat. (Stay tuned as I will share a story on what shoes are great for leg day, there are many great options! ) - ✔️ Knees should not pass your toes: Unless you are looking for a major knee injury, this is one of the most common mistakes I see. It may help opening up your stance and point your feet outward. Everyone is “anatomically” different, find your way and practice! (Take pictures! ) - GYM HACK 💪🏼 Practice your squats with a LIGHT weight barbell. This will not only help see results faster but improve posture and form! - Remember practice makes perfect! 💕

The first week of the men's Transformation Program is up and I am beyond excited to get started! . Lots of great exercises in there, including the addition of band work and accommodating resistance 💪 . You should enjoy your training, that needs to be a priority. Everything else like volume, intensity, frequency, exercise selection etc comes after that. First off, it must be enjoyable so it's easy to stick to consistently 🥰 . Me siga pra receber as melhores receitas @dieta_amiga Carne ao Vinho na Panela de Pressão INGREDIENTES . ✦ 1 peça de carne (cupim, fraldinha, lagarto ) eu usei cupim ✦ 1 cebola grande picada ✦ 1 caldo de costela ✦ 2 dentes de alho ✦ 1 fio de óleo ✦ Sal e pimenta a gosto (usei 1 colher rasa de sal e 1 pitada de pimenta ) ✦ 1 extrato de tomate de boa qualidade ✦ 1 copo e 1/2 de vinho tinto (usei um pouco mais de meia garrafa ) MODO DE PREPARO 1. Limpe bem a carne tirando a gordura 2. Corte ao meio para ficar 2 peças, na panela de pressão acrescente a cebola picadinha, o alho e o óleo 3. Doure bem a carne dos 2 lados 4. Coloque também o caldo de costela sem dissolver em água, coloque direto na panela e continue dourando a carne 5. Depois de dourada acrescente o extrato de tomate e o vinho tinto 6. Tampe a panela e depois de pegar pressão espere 30 a 40 minutos e desligue 7. Deixe a carne de um dia para o outro na mesma panela 8. No dia seguinte corte a carne e leve ao fogo para apurar só mais um pouco e desligue 9. Sirva as fatias com o molho por cima, sirva junto com arroz branco, purê de batatas ou batata palha.

Most people, usually Females, get this one totally mixed up. There is such a common misconception that in order to "tone up" you need to starve yourself whilst also doing 20-30+ reps of tricep kickbacks 😭 . Specific spot reduction of fat on body parts is a myth. Studies have shown that it is not possible to reduce fat in one area by exercising that body part alone. Also, muscle growth in a region does not reduce fat there either 🤔 . To burn fat, you have to be in a sustainable and consistent caloric deficit (eating less calories than you're burning ). . You need to ensure you're eating enough protein, anywhere between 0.7g - 1g per lb of bodyweight should be fine. . You need to start lifting heavier, progressing your strength over time with proper technique and execution. . You need to focus on bigger, compound exercises like Squats, Deadlifts, Chin Ups, etc. . Inspiration for this is taken from the countless pieces of misinformation and terrible programs I see being sold online, and also @myoleanfitness !
