One arm press and walk with 150lb dumbbell and complement number 9 in our #BeLoud challenge goes to David Weck! @theuncleweck If you don't know David invented the #bosuball and is coming out with more new inventions and training all the time that help people move better...David was the first person to respond to this challenge but more than that he made one of the most heartfelt apologies I've seen... and he did not have to do that...and gave truly well thought out compliments. Due to my ankle injury which I am still healing from, I have changed my routine to a LEGS, PULL, PUSH format. 🔥TAKE CARE OF YOUR SHOULDERS🔥 - @atfitnesscoach 📍Tag a friend who has some bad shoulders. - The rotator cuff is just a fancy name for your shoulder girdle. It is made up of 4 muscles: supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor, and subscapularis. A solid rotator cuff has stability and strength throughout a full range of motion. - I personally think a lot of shoulder problems arise from weak backs and weak posterior shoulders. Make yours bulletproof with these exercises. Most of the exercises here are a pull (using the back ), making the scap move in a variety of directions, or forcing the scap to have some serious stability. Please stop doing unloaded external rotations with free weights. (I’ll make a video and show you tomorrow. ) - Strengthening the specific muscles and surrounding areas should give you some solid shoulders. Seated Dumbbell Shrugs Demonstration The Seated Dumbbell Shrug is an isolation exercise that directly targets your trapezius muscles located to the left and right of your neck. 1: To start grab a pair of dumbbells and sit down on a sturdy bench with each dumbbell positioned next to each leg. 2: When you are ready shrug your shoulders up (as seen in the video ) as high as you can, hold for a moment and then return to the starting position. Create your own upper body workout Please follow me @james tang90 Tag someone who needs to see this. Upper body exercises are a great way to carve your back, shoulders, and abs, and they can also prevent you from getting flabby arms. Or help you get rid of them if you already have them. These exercises also make you stronger and make everyday tasks easier. We are all different, and we may have very different goals. While one person wants to build 19-inch arms, another one worries about turning into the Hulk. The exercises listed in this post can be used for any purpose; you need to select the right routine and number of repetitions. *  Circuits - Choose up to 10 exercises, do each exercise for one minute, moving to the next one without a break. Do as many repetitions as you can. Have a one-minute rest after completing the last exercise and then start the circuit again. Do 3 circuits, each round should take about 15-20 minutes. *  Supersets - One superset means doing two exercises, one after the other, with no rest in between. Take a one-minute rest and move on to another superset. *  For full upper-body training, doing one exercise at a time is suitable for any purpose; you have to adjust the weight accordingly. *  Splits are for serious bodybuilders who are used to training at such a high-level that they need a separate day for each muscle group to get results.
