Motivation monday🙏 ** Tips for staying in shape during vacation** . . — You must stay active! Ready to Bring your back game to this one! Here’s 4 exercises to maximize back strength from upper to lower. Rep range is for hypertrophy tempo slow and control and squeeze in every rep. Pull-ups 4x12-15 LANDMINE bent over rows 5x15 pyramid set on the last set as shown in video. ISO lat PULLDOWNS 4x10 keep the elbow in front of the body. HYPERBACK extensions w/resistant band. 5x15 the lower back muscles get often tight and weaken when sitting and standing. Adding these to my routine has improved my lower back strength helping me with everything else such as squads and deadlifts. 💪🏽💪🏽

Let’s talk about goals! Here you have 2 different ones bulk VS cut. I’m the bulk phase high caloric maintenance/high intake on carbohydrates moderate protein and low fats more food basically which means a happier me😁on the cut phase low caloric maintenance/low carbohydrate intake high protein and moderate to low fats. Both phases are incredible when I’m bulking I’m always stronger muscles are fuller and weight is higher but with a main purpose of keeping the body fat low which means clean food! —— The cutting phase is a lot more harder why?! When you on a caloric deficit low nutrients your body reacts in a deprive mode. In my case I’m hungry all the time sometimes is a very bad mood the sessions in the gym Could go both ways they can be great or ok sometimes the muscles are to deflated do to the restriction on carbs which means your muscle are dryer but harder. I truly love the process of Both! Being cut and aesthetic is amazing🤩 feeling strong and bigger(mass ) is outstanding🦍 . . What ever is you GOAL remember everybody is different whether you want to loose Weight/gain weight loose body fat/gain muscle mass be an athlete or a powerlifter all this things take time dedication and LOVE!
