READ IF YOU WANT TO HEAR THE TRUTH ABOUT MY BODY 👇🏼 - Imma be really honest with ya’ll. I did not build my body over 6 weeks, 6 months, or even 6 years. I started my transformation 8 years ago. I know it’s WAY more appealing to hear “you can look like this after my 6 week program” and the instagram world is built on seeing dramatic before and after pictures instantly, but that isn’t reality. The reality is, you will see small changes and those small changes add up as you stay consistent with your WHOLE lifestyle. I have made improvements every single week of every year. And I am still working just as hard as the day I started. BUT. I know this reality can be hard to grasp when there are more fitness girls on social media who paid to have their body transformed in a couple hours at their surgeons office, and then look like they have been training and eating healthy for 5 years. Then they start selling you their programs, you buy them and do them expecting to see their result in a blink of an eye. When even they wouldn’t look like that if they did their own programs. But I’m here to tell you these four things: 1. Your long term commitment to yourself will have SO many short term pays offs along the way. Every week and month you’re going to notice how much your life is improving in ways you can’t even imagine (and this surgery can never achieve ) 2. If their body doesn’t seem real, it’s probably not. Keep scrolling and don’t get caught up in their web of lies. You don’t have time or energy for their choice of deception. 3. Always remember, if you aren’t working on bettering yourself, your telling yourself you aren’t important enough. That’s a toxic relationship with someone you have no choice but to live with. If you insulted someone every day knowing you had to see them everyday, shits going to get uncomfortable and becomes toxic environment. So stop doing that to yourself! 4. DO THE WORK. Trust the process - If ya’ll have any questions at all I’m here for you 💕
