Get those knees up with those #jumpsquats You can use sets of consecutive jump squats in bodyweight HIIT workouts, or on their own to add a cardio component to your lower body sessions. Try 3 to 4 sets of 15 reps with little rest in between, and you'll definitely be breathing hard before you hit the third set. In hindsight, I should have used sliders instead of towel cutouts... kind of messy... other than that I feel the sequence to follow below is perfect if you want to build muscle while at home. (Select weights that are challenging for you. )My kettlebells I got a while back weigh 37lbs and 90lbs. 1. Mountain climbers 40-80 steps to warm the arms and legs 2. Kettlebell Swing 50 reps 3. Bear 🐻 Crawl for 80 seconds—KEEP MOVING 4. Sliding Pike Pushups 25 reps 5. Kettlebell Swing and Press 4x4 -swing 4x then Press 4x repeat the swing press 3 times 6. Bear 🐻 Crawl again 80 seconds 7. The finisher... pushups! Do as many as you can...by this point it will be few.
